Ezia is a self-taught chef. She comes from a large family where her grandmother cooked for the engineers who built the rail roads.
She is loved by German en American people. Ezia knows what her customers want. Hers is a typical Tuscan cuisine that meets the taste of the guests.
She has a great ability to adapt. She is an unpretentious chef who knows how to create tasty dishes for those who follow special diets. As a celiac herself, she knows what it means to want something but one may not have. For those, she is able to rediscover the pleasure of eating well.
Ezia knows the products from the base. Her interest in food and cooking goes beyond the kitchen. This makes her a chef with a broad vision.
