1 white onion
1 tsp coriander seeds
1 tsp grated ginger
1 pinch nutmeg
salt and pepper to taste
1 liter of coconut milk (3 cups coconut meat is fresh and dried in a 1 liter of hot water, mix with the blender, let stand one hour).
Clean the vegetables and cut into rough cubes, cook in about 2 liters of boiling water (water should cover the vegetables), season with spices, salt and pepper to taste.
When the vegetables are very soft, add the coconut milk filtrate, the soup is ready when it reaches the consistency of a cream.
Garnish with shredded coconut.
